Therefore, when using a crusher, maintenance must not be neglected. 1, promptly check and clean up. After the end of each day's work, the machine should be cleaned in a timely manner to check for looseness of the screws in each part and wear of the contused parts such as the claws and the sieve. 2, add grease. The most common is to install a cap oil cup on the bearing. Under normal circumstances, as long as the oil cup lid rotation 1/4 every two hours, the cup of grease can be pressed into the bearing. In the case of closed bearings, grease can be filled once every 300 hours. After long-term use, if the grease deteriorates, the bearings should be cleaned and replaced with new grease. When the machine is working, the temperature rise of the bearing must not exceed 40°C. If the bearing temperature continues to increase under normal working conditions, the cause should be found out and troubleshooting should be managed. 3. Carefully clean the raw materials to be crushed, and it is forbidden to mix copper, iron, lead and other metal parts and larger stones into the crushing room. 4, do not arbitrarily increase the speed of the grinder. Generally allowed to differ from the rated speed by 8%-10%. When the crusher and the larger power machine work together, it should pay attention to control the flow and make the flow even, not negligence. 5. After the machine is started, do not open or inspect any part inside the machine. Various tools must not be randomly placed on the machine. When the abnormal sound is heard, it should be stopped immediately and the standby can be overhauled after stopping.
