WPI's PV820/PV830 pneumatic skin lift pump uses a regulated air pressure to immobilize cells and inject fluids. It is a classic injection system for zebrafish microinjection and zebrafish egg cell infection experiments. It has the advantages of convenient use, simple injection procedure and excellent reproducibility. The volume of injection ranges from pl to nl. The time parameters are precisely adjustable in the 10 s and 10 ms range with a minimum accuracy of 0.2 ms.

The SYS-900A zebrafish blood pressure monitor can be used to measure the microcapsule hydrostatic pressure of small blood vessels, cells and other electrolyte solutions. The detection range is from -200mm Hg to +400mm Hg. The measurement is accurate and stable. The zebrafish blood pressure monitor has the following characteristics:

● Simultaneous measurement of electrode potential and pressure

● Pre-adjust the internal pressure of the electrode

[Zebra fish microinjection and transplantation mold]

Microinjection and transplant dies (four per set) are designed for zebrafish research. The mold is opened up and placed on a liquid agarose gel, and the mold can be easily removed once the agarose is cured. The embryo can be pipetted into a mold recess made of agarose. Using the drop and tilt modes, you can add embryos to the water and then remove too much water. The width and design of the mold ensure that the embryos are self-aligned.
