The tubular multi-effect distilled water machine is an energy-efficient distilled water preparation equipment. Due to its reliable performance and stable quality of distilled water, it has been used more and more widely.

Like other water treatment plants, multi-effect distilled water machines require maintenance during use, and cleaning is an important item. According to the structural characteristics of the multi-effect distilled water machine, chemical cleaning is generally used. As used herein, "cleaning" refers to chemical cleaning.

I. Requirements and Principles of Cleaning When the multi-effect distilled water machine finds a significant drop in the amount of water produced during use, or when there is obvious scaling in the tower during routine inspection, it should be cleaned.

The reason for the formation of scale is mainly that the inorganic salts remaining in the feed water are formed in contact with the inner wall of the device for a long time and are formed at a relatively high temperature and pressure.

Second, the type of scale and the corresponding cleaning agent There are two kinds of scale generated in the multi-effect distilled water machine, one is the boiler scale, the other is the silica scale, the cleaning should use different cleaning agents:

1. For boiler scale, sulfamic acid (NH2SO2OH) can be used. When used, it is prepared with deionized water to make a cleaning solution with a concentration of 1%. The pH value is between 1 and 2 and heated to about 60 °C. Phosphoric acid (H3PO4) can also be used. In use, it is formulated into a 2% concentration cleaning solution with deionized water and heated to about 65 °C.

2. For silica scale, ammonium difluoride (NH4HF2) can be used. When used, it is prepared into a solution with a concentration of 1.5% by deionized water and heated to 50 ° C ~ 60 ° C.

It can also be prepared with sodium hydroxide + anionic active agent to prepare a cleaning solution with a concentration of 10% and heated to about 60 °C.

When the chemical cleaning method removes the above two types of scale, many users also use a commercially available general-purpose stainless steel cleaning agent, which has a good effect and is convenient to use.

Neutralization solutions are also generally required for neutralization after cleaning with an acidic solution. The preparation method of the neutralization solution is as follows:

0.5% baking soda (HaHCO3) and 0.1% anionic surfactant were added to the deionized water.

Third, cleaning equipment should be prepared before cleaning, mainly:

1. The capacity of the storage tank should be greater than the amount of cleaning liquid required for the low Zui. For safety reasons, the tank should be covered. The cover is equipped with a sight glass (observing the return of the cleaning solution) and a vent.

The tank should have a heating function such as a heating jacket or an immersion heater. It should be noted that the cleaning solution cannot be heated directly with pure steam from a boiler steam or a distilled water machine, which changes the concentration of the cleaning liquid.

2. The circulating acid-resistant pump adopts an acid-resistant pump with an indenter of 2.5kg~3kg and a flow rate of 100L/min.

3. The connecting hose is used to connect the cleaning tank and the distilled water machine into a cleaning circuit, and the hose should be resistant to acid and pressure.

4. The valve is used to cut off the cleaning fluid and adjust the flow rate of the cleaning fluid.

Fourth, the cleaning step 1, preparation work a, close the steam valve, the distilled water machine is cooled to room temperature. Turn off the power of the device;

b. Close the exhaust valve;

c. Connect the “unqualified water outlet” of the distilled water machine and the sewage outlet to the inlet of the storage tank;

d. Remove all the orifice plates of the distilled water machine. Because the aperture size of the orifice plate is different, the mark is made before the removal to recover smoothly after the cleaning is completed;

e. Unloading the feed water dispensing tray in the tower;

f. Fill the storage tank with deionized water;

g. Turn on the circulation pump and fill the distilled water machine until it is full.

h, adjust the valve to make the deionized water smoothly flow from the distilled water machine into the storage tank;

i. Open all the top exhaust valves of the tower and discharge the air inside the tower so that the inner surface of the tower is in full contact with the cleaning fluid. Close after venting.

2, cleaning a, adding acid solution to the storage tank (according to the above concentration requirements);

b. Circulating flow between the distilled water machine and the storage tank, the cleaning cycle time is 2~12 hours, which is determined according to the degree of scaling. The temperature of the solution in the cycle cleaning should meet the specified requirements;

c. The PH value is measured periodically, and the PH value is normal between 1 and 2;

d. After the cleaning is finished, discharge the cleaning liquid to other wells and dispose of it separately;

e, turn off the circulation pump;

f. Rinse with deionized water for about 1 hour. When the pH reaches 5~7, stop flushing and rinsing the rinse water.

3. If there is both boiler scale and silica scale cleaning. The method is the same as above, and the same solution has been introduced before. If there is no silica scale, it can enter the neutralization stage.

4. Neutralization stage a. Fill the distilled water machine with deionized water and discharge the air in the tower;

b, adding the neutralization solvent according to the above concentration requirements, and circulating it;

c, the time of neutralization is about 1 hour;

d, discharge the neutralizing liquid after the end of the neutralization;

e. Turn off the circulation pump.

5. End operation a, open all discharge nozzles;

b. Flush the distilled water machine with deionized water until there is no obvious foam and the pH returns to normal (pH=7);

c. Remove the cleaning joint;

d. Open the flange at both ends of the tower to observe the cleaning effect and clean the liquid distribution tray;

e. Reinstall the upper and lower flanges of the liquid distributor.

When fixing the upper and lower flanges,

Care must be taken because the distillation column is a pressure vessel;

f. Reinstall the orifice plate, pay attention to the restoration according to the pre-made mark;

g. Clean the cooling water pipe of the condenser according to the above cleaning principle and method.
