Abstract: This paper presents the design and software implementation of a high-speed tablet press microcontroller based on the 8098 single-chip microcomputer. The system is designed to provide precise control over the tablet pressing process, ensuring efficiency and reliability in pharmaceutical manufacturing. By analyzing the characteristics of the controlled object, a detailed digital model of the entire system was established, allowing for accurate simulation and performance prediction. The controller was implemented with advanced algorithms to handle real-time data processing and feedback control. Both simulation results and field testing demonstrate that the proposed controller significantly improves the stability and accuracy of the tablet press operation. The system has been successfully applied in practical production environments, proving its effectiveness and strong potential for broader industrial applications.
