1. The main part of the mixer is welded by two circular cylinders at a certain angle. The feeding port, the discharging port and the vacuum port are quick disassembly interfaces, and the operation is quick and simple.
2. Connect the vacuum tube joint and the suction joint. Both interfaces are in the form of quick interface. Just screw in the clockwise direction by about 50°, and insert the suction tube into the material container.
3. Start the vacuum pump and start to suck when the vacuum is about 0.025Mpa.
4. After the suction is completed, the vacuum pump power supply should be cut off and the vacuum should be cut off to prevent the sewage from entering.
5. Remove the vacuum fitting and suction fitting and install the bonnet fitting in the same way as in the third section (counterclockwise rotation when removing).
6. Set the mixer working time according to actual needs.
7. It should be determined that there is no personnel or items in the large rotary diameter of the mixer, and then the start button can be pressed.
8. When the timing time is up, the mixer will stop automatically. If the discharge port is not in the vertical position, press the jog button to make the discharge port vertically downward.
9. The forced quick-spinning spindle is made of sanitary stainless steel seamless steel pipe, and the shaft body has a root stirring shaft. Both ends of the main shaft are connected with the transmission shaft by flanges, and the sealing parts are made of polytetrafluoroethylene and Other fillers to achieve a better sealing effect. Note: Forced mixing shaft and mixing cylinder are operated in relative motion
10. Open the discharge port to discharge.
11. Clean the mixer in time according to actual production needs.
Note: The above operation procedure is automatic charging of vacuum. If the vacuum is not used for automatic loading, the operation steps of 2 and 5 are omitted, and the manual loading is performed first. After the screw cap is tightened, the valve can be started.

Our DTY Bucket Elevator is vertical type,
it has cups to transit granule materials, we have different capacity and height
available for different purpose. Capacity 1-30t/h available .
The New Bucket Elevator is Japanese design,
similar with Satake brand. It use low damage buckets, with gear motor to reduce
grain broken rate, with high strength spring to adjust belt tightness. Currently
only 10t/h model is available.
The Slope Elevator is zero damage rate
elevator, it use soft and strong belt with flange on side, to prevent grain
leak from sides. We have 3-5t/h model available.
The Z type Bucket Elevator is also zero
damage rate elevator, it often used in grain, food and chemical industry.
The Belt Conveyor is widely used for bulk
grain or transit bags that full of grains. It has different belt width and
length available. Capacity can be from 5t/h to 60t/h.
The Auger-type Elevator is used for screw
transit on grains like wheat, maize etc. it has inclined angle, which often
used for feed bulk grain into equipment or transit between equipments. But it
has high broken rate, so not suitable for seed.
