Feeding feed at a temperature of about 25°C is the most suitable stage for growth of cockroaches. Above 30°C, cockroaches have the largest amount of activity. The amount of food consumed increases with the amount of activity, and the molting period shortens accordingly. Spawning, hatching, and growth are greatly increased. Accelerate the supply of sufficient feedstuffs, mainly meat and protein feeds. The most common foods are insects (fly, cockroach), and tenebrio.

Drinking water should be sufficient. There must be adequate drinking water supply in the rearing tank and cannot be interrupted. If water is left for a few days after the water is cut off, it will lead to sudden death and death. When the temperature reaches 35°C, no attention will be paid to water supply. Limbs die. Therefore, in addition to the supply of drinking water in summer, it is also very important to do a good job of cooling down.

Disease prevention and control The large number of pathogens in summer is the season when the incidence and mortality of ticks are the highest, and the diseases caused by mildew are more frequent. Therefore, while doing a good job of preventing the heatstroke, it is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate control of the amount of watering and to achieve multiple spraying. At the same time, strictly prevent the pupa from eating rot and moldy foods.
