1. Before installing the titanium rod with the housing, it must be checked whether the sealing rings are in place. It is forbidden to leak and displace the sealing rings.
2. For threaded interfaces, it is strictly forbidden to use excessive force when installing the nut until the sealing ring reaches the sealing function to prevent the interface from falling off.
3. After the housing is installed, it should be cleaned for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. During the inspection process, the cleaning water can be recycled to save costs. After the inspection is passed, the cleaning is finished for normal operation.
4. The working pressure of normal filtration should be controlled at 0.15~0.25Mpa. If the pressure increases, it will greatly increase the difficulty of backwashing and affect the backwashing effect. At least 3-5 minutes of low pressure start-up time before normal use, that is, the pressure is gradually increased to 0.15~0.25Mpa, and instantaneous pressurization is strictly prohibited.
5. It is recommended to incorporate the anti-cleaning of titanium rod into the production process, that is, backwashing once every shift (8 o'clock) before work, the time for each recoil is 10-20 minutes, the pressure of backwashing should be gradual, gradually pressurized to 0.25. ~0.3Mpa is strictly prohibited for instantaneous pressurization.
6. When the titanium rod is severely blocked and the recoil effect is not obvious, ultrasonic cleaning or pickling should be adopted.
