Drip irrigation system maintenance and repair

The drip irrigation system is a set of precision irrigation machinery devices, many of which are plastic products. Therefore, be careful when using the operation. Do not twist the knobs or switches with excessive force. When opening each container, take care to remember the positions of some small parts and prevent them from being lost so that they can be safely returned.
1. Maintenance before the start of the irrigation season
1.1 Filter section Before the first irrigation of the media filter is started, fill the tank with water and put in a pack of chlorine balls. 2. Maintenance at the end of each irrigation season
2.1 System-wide high-pressure cleaning Open the end plugs of each branch pipe and main pipe according to the sequence of the wheel irrigation group, start the water pump, and flush it with high pressure one by one, and strive to flush the dirt in the pipe, and then replace the plug.
2.2 Filtration system After the high-pressure cleaning of the pipeline, fully clean the filter back row of clean water.
2.2.1 If the filter is a laminated filter with a sand separator, clean the laminates first, and dry the seals inside the plastic shell with a dry cloth. Then, open the plug at one end of the sand collection tank, discharge the accumulated material in the bowl, and release the water. Then place the selector button under the filter gauge on the exhaust position.
2.2.2 If the filter is a media filter, first open the top cover of the filter tank, check the amount of sand filter material, and compare with the identification on the tank, if the number is insufficient to make up in time, so as not to affect the quality of filtration. If there is a suspended material on the gravel filter, remove it. At the same time, one pack of chlorine balls should be added to each tank. After 30 minutes, the tank is started. Each tank will recoil for 120 seconds and then open the lid of the filter and the drain valve at the bottom of the tank to drain all the water. Then place the selector button under the filter gauge on the exhaust position. If the metal plating on the surface of the tank or the metal inlet pipe is damaged, immediately remove the rust and re-spray.
2.2.3 If the filter is a media filter and has a laminated secondary filter, the laminate should be cleaned and the seal in the shell wiped dry on the basis of 2.2.2.
2.3 Fertilizing system During maintenance, turn off the water pump, turn on the fuel injection port connected to the main pipe, and the water inlet of the drive injection system to drain the pressure.
2.3.1 If the fertiliser is a fertiliser pump with a plastic fertilizer tank, wash the fertilizer tank first with clean water and open the tank lid to open it. Then, flush the composting pump with clean water, then decompose, remove the injection pump and drive the piston, apply the lubricating oil with random on the components, perform normal lubrication and maintenance, then wipe the parts and reassemble them.
