Motor Common Fault Analysis

In industrial and agricultural production, various production machines are widely used to drive the motor. The motor may malfunction during operation due to various reasons. When a fault occurs, it may cause the motor to overheat or damage. Therefore, when the motor is running, it should pay close attention. All kinds of fault phenomena, timely detection, timely processing, to ensure the normal operation of the motor. In the actual operation, the motor common failures are mainly the following: 1. The motor can not start The reason the motor can not be started is mainly due to the power is not connected, the load is too large, the rotation is blocked, the fuse is blown, etc. Circuit or additional electrical components, mainly to ensure that the circuit switch is intact, the wiring is correct, there is no reverse connection, short circuit phenomenon. Secondly, check the load and the mechanical part to determine whether the bearing is damaged, whether it is driven by the machine and whether the gap between the stator and the rotor is abnormal, so that the stator and the rotor collide. 2. The motor housing is energized. The motor housing is energized because the motor grounding wire is disconnected or loose. The lead-out wire is in contact with the junction box or the terminal board due to too much grease. The treatment method is to check and connect the ground wire, check the junction box, and clean the wiring board. 3. Motor overheating Motor overheating can occur when the motor is overloaded, lacks phase operation, and motor air ducts are blocked. When the motor is overloaded, the current will increase, causing the motor to overheat and may burn the motor. In this case, adjust the load in time to avoid long-term overload operation of the motor. If only one phase of the three-phase power supply is disconnected, it will cause the motor to run out of phase. If the phase loss operation is too long, it will burn out the motor. So always check the power circuit. There are too many sludges and dusts in the motor. The blockage of the ventilation ducts of the motor will affect the cooling effect and cause the motor to overheat. Therefore, the obstructions must be removed in time to improve the heat dissipation conditions. 4. Abnormal operation sound of the motor When the motor is operating normally, the sound is uniform and noiseless. When the bearing is damaged or lacks phase operation phenomenon, abnormal or even harsh sounds will be emitted. Bearing damage is mainly due to excessive bearing clearance or serious wear. It is caused by lack of lubricant or improper oil selection. At this time, it is necessary to clean or replace the bearing in time to ensure that the motor has good lubrication during operation. After the general motor runs for about 5000 hours, , should add or replace grease. Phase motor is running, the speed will drop, and an abnormal sound, if you run too long, it will burn out the motor. Without phase power circuit is mainly caused by a problem such as a power cable phase wire, or a motor having a phase winding disconnected. In order to prevent the motor from running out of phase, it is necessary to pay attention to the discovery of anomalous operation of the missing phase and remove it in time, and then install the phase loss protection for the important motor. The abnormal running sound of the motor may also be caused by the fan blade hitting the wind shield, and the wind shield must be repaired in time. In short, during the actual operation of the motor, the environment should be kept dry, and the surface of the motor should be kept clean. The motor must be operated under the voltage, frequency, and current marked on the nameplate. The motor must also have sufficient protection systems during the operation, such as overloading. Lack of equals. In order to ensure the normal operation of the motor.

The human tongue has a range of specific taste sensation neural receptors called taste receptors which are organized mainly as papillae on the tongue.  When stimulated by chemicals, natural or synthetic, organic or inorganic, cations or anions, the receptors send signals to the brain which interprets the stimulations as sweet, bitter, sour, salty, and savory (unami, meaty taste).   For examples, cations such as Na+ present in the table salt evoke the salty taste, and H+ presents in acids evokes a sour taste. Organic compounds such as sugars, dextrins and glycerol result in sweet taste, glutamate results in  savory taste, while many toxic compounds such as nicotine, morphine, caffeine, quinine, etc. result in bitter taste.  The sensation of tastes is an evolution trait for defense against poisons (normally evoke bitter taste), and for allowance of nutrients intake (normally evoke sweet or savory taste).

Sugar is a natural sweetener as well as a nutrient consumed in vast quantity around the world.  It is one of the major calorie intakes by humans.  Over consumption of sugar often leads to obesity and other related medical conditions.  High blood sugar level (hyperglycemia) is a manifestation of the disease diabetic mellitus; if not managed properly, it could lead to a range of medical complications. To combat these medical conditions, high potency Sweeteners with no calorie or low calorie intake are often being used to substitute sugar.  Proper control of calorie intake, coupled with the use of these sugar substitutes has been very effective in managing the medical conditions.

Besides the medical indications, using sugar substitutes brings the economic benefit of lowering the cost of many foods and consumer products, from soft drinks to cakes, pasties, and even toothpastes.

A variety of chemical compounds, natural or synthetic, can evoke sweet taste, but not all of them are safe (for example lead acetate has a sweet taste but it is extremely toxic), nor are sweet taste specific (for examples, many of synthetic sweeteners can also evoke other senses of taste such as bitterness or metallic sensation).  Therefore, selection of the right sweetener for a specific use depends not only on the cost, but also more importantly on the health and safety, the sweetening potency, the effectiveness under various physical conditions such as cooking temperature (heat stability) and pH, as well as other unwanted tense of tastes of the sweetener.
