one. Pocket watch series
1. Can not open (close) machine to view: Is the battery power supply normal? Is there any scratch on the surface of the mask? Is the connection between the mask and the motherboard secure and reliable?
Open the top cover of the instrument and use the tweezers to short the 2 and 3 feet of the mask socket on the main board; 1 foot and 3 feet. If it can be opened or closed, it is judged that the mask is bad, the mask should be replaced; if not, it is judged as the main board. The switch chip is broken; it should be sent to the company for repair.
2. Detection no response View: Is the battery power supply normal? Is it within the calibration period? Is the connection between the sensor and the motherboard secure and reliable?
Can it be calibrated normally with standard gas? If it is not, it is judged that the sensor is invalid, and the sensor should be replaced. If the sensor still fails to work normally after the sensor is replaced, it is judged that the motherboard is bad; it should be sent to the company for repair.
two. Portable watch series
1. The alarm sounds continuously, and the alarm light flashes to see: Is the meter in a fresh air environment? Is the power supply normal? Is the alarm point setting correct? Is the connection between the sensor and the motherboard secure and reliable?
Adjust the zero potentiometer to make the display reading below the alarm point, observe the alarm sound, and stop the alarm light; if the alarm sound disappears, the alarm light is off, the instrument is normal; if not, it should be sent to the company for maintenance.
2. Display reading is very high or low View: Is the power supply normal? Is it within the calibration period? Is the sensor and motherboard connected securely? Have you ever inhaled a high concentration of gas? Has the meter ever inhaled liquids (such as water, oil, etc.)?
Does the adjustment zero potentiometer work? If not, it should be sent to the company for repair.
3. The controller displays a certain (or several) probe fault view: Is there a fixed probe connected to the channel that shows the fault? Is the connection between the fixed probe and the controller secure and reliable? Is the DC24V power supplied by the controller to the fixed probe normal? Is the stationary probe within the calibration period? Is the signal sent by the fixed probe to the controller normal? Does the zero point potentiometer of the fixed probe work?
If not, it should be sent to the company for repair.
4. The SP-1003 series controller panel only has the power light on. Is the fuse on the main board loose or blown? Is the DC24V power supplied by the controller to the fixed probe normal? Is the AC output of the transformer normal?
5. The controller displays an unstable value. Check: Is the fixed probe completed? Is there a gas leak in the environment where the fixed probe is located? Is the connection between the fixed probe and the controller secure and reliable? Is the stationary probe within the calibration period? Is the cable shield connected to the fixed probe and controller connected?
6. The controller displays a high or low value. View: Is the connection between the fixed probe and the controller secure and reliable? Is the DC24V power supplied by the controller to the probe normal? Is the fixed probe completed? Is the stationary probe within the calibration period? Is there a gas leak in the environment where the fixed probe is located? Has the fixed probe ever passed a high concentration of gas? Does the zero point potentiometer of the fixed probe work?
If not, it should be sent to the company for repair.
