The zero line must be connected to the machine, otherwise the machine cannot be operated. (Note that the neutral line must be connected) If the unit is 220V power supply, three-pin plug, the power cable cross-section should be greater than 4mm2, and the chassis must be grounded reliably to start the operation.
2. The upper and lower heat chambers are divided into a set of fixed heat-on heat pipes and a temperature-adjustable electric heat pipe.
3. Shrinking machine shrinking chamber temperature should be controlled below 230 °C (6-7), conveying speed is controlled below 6-7, if over-temperature, over-speed operation, it will lead to premature aging of the circuit, electrical component life, machine The service life will be reduced.
4. The bottom of the shrink packaging machine should maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions to prevent overheating of electrical components.
5. The shrink packaging machine is used for more than three months to check the aging of the wire in the shrinking room and replace it as appropriate.
6. When the package passes through the studio, try to put it in the middle to avoid damaging the quartz tube.
