How to benefit cattle

At present, what is the key to raising dairy cows' benefits and what is the key to achieving good returns? Let's take a dairy cow as an example and take a look at the benefit account.
One part of income is milk income. A high-quality dairy cow has a daily output of 25 kilograms of fresh milk. Based on the current market price of 1.9 yuan per kilogram, the daily income is 47.5 yuan. A dairy cow has a milk production period of 300 days per year, and the income is 47.5300=14250 yuan. The second is the calf's income. Calculated at the rate of 1 male and 1 male per two years, the male yak has 300 yuan per head and the female yak 4,000 yuan, with an average annual income of 2,150 yuan. The total of the two items is: 14250+2150=16400 yuan.
Part 1 of expenditure is feed expenditure. Each cow consumes 20 kg of high-quality silage every day, 0.24 yuan per kilogram (whole maize), 4.8 yuan; 8 kg of refined feed, 1.7 yuan per kilogram of unit price, 13.6 yuan; 1 day feed cost is 4.8+13.6 = 18.4 yuan. The feed cost for one year is 18.4365 days = 6,716 yuan. The second is other expenses. Each cow's annual manual management fee is 365 yuan; dairy cows depreciate 1,500 yuan per year; dry milk period costs 500 yuan for two months; epidemic prevention, breeding costs 100 yuan, and subtotals 2465 yuan. The total of the two items is 6716+2465=9181 yuan.
The annual benefit of keeping a cow like this is: 16400-9181=7219 yuan.
Even if the loan interest and other expenses are deducted (calculated at 2,000 yuan), the annual benefit of a dairy cow should also be about 5,000 yuan, which is considerable.
Of course, the above benefits must be built on the following three foundations. The first is to raise a good cow. High-quality dairy cows can produce high milk, which is the basis for obtaining good benefits. The second is feed nutrition. Feed nutrition is comprehensive, scientific and reasonable to ensure various nutritional needs of dairy cows in order to improve the quality of milk and increase the price of milk. This is the key to achieving the benefits of dairy cows. The third is good management. It is necessary to manage the good health of the cattle body and the various potentials of high-quality dairy cows can be brought into full play. This is a guarantee for the benefit of the dairy cows.
On the contrary, if the quality of dairy cows raised is not good, management can not keep up, and nutrition is not scientific, raising dairy cows is certainly not making money. Therefore, the majority of farmers should see that: raising dairy cows has good economic returns and broad market prospects, but to truly earn money, we must also “get good cattle, nutrition, and good management.”
