Key points concerning the cultivation and management of Grifola frondosa

Grifola frondosa cultivation methods are indoor cultivation and outdoor cultivation of two kinds of indoor cultivation. Indoor cultivation is divided into two kinds of cultivation under natural temperature conditions and cultivation of air-conditioned facilities. According to the current domestic cultivation conditions, the management techniques using natural temperature mushrooming under indoor conditions are mainly introduced.
1. Requirements for Cultivation Room The cultivation room requires ventilation, air permeability, good heat preservation and moisturizing properties, and certain scattered light. Before the cultivation, the cultivation room is cleaned and disinfected. Cultivation bed frame can be set according to the requirements of the general bag planting.
2. Between the mushroom bags for the management of Grifola frondosa, the time for forming the primordium is different due to the difference in the growth rate of the mycelium. Therefore, the time for the Grifola frondosa to move to the cultivation room is inconsistent. It should be moved into the cultivation room according to the formation of the original foundation. When the primordium is formed into a honeycomb, and the top of the crystal appears fine beads, the bacteria bag will be moved to the cultivation room.
When bacteria bags enter the cultivation room, the indoor temperature of the cultivation room should be controlled as much as possible at 19 to 22°C, and the amplitude should be small. When the temperature exceeds 23°C, cooling measures must be taken. Water can be sprayed onto the wall or roof. Generally, it can drop 2~3°C, and the doors and windows can be opened to increase the ventilation. When sunlight enters the window, the straw is used. Sunshade, and wet grass curtain, in order to play a cooling and moisturizing effect. When the temperature is too low, some doors or windows may be closed or properly heated. Indoor air relative humidity should be controlled at 85% ~ 95%, spray generally avoid direct spray on the fruiting body. When the fruiting body is too dry during the late growth period, it is sprayed slightly, mainly to increase the air humidity. At the same time, ventilation should be enhanced to meet the oxygen requirements of fruit body growth. During the formation of fruiting bodies, the light intensity of the cultivation room is required to be 200-500 lux, which is favorable for the formation and growth of fruit bodies, and the yield is high and the quality is good. When the primordium begins to differentiate, remove the tampon in time, and still set the collar; when the original base opening is slightly larger, remove the collar and gently pull the bag up so that there is room for growth. If the relative humidity of the air can be maintained at no less than 85%, the plastic bag can be cut at the same time so that the shape and color of the mushroom body are better.
When the fruiting body grows to eight minutes, it must be harvested in time. After harvesting, if it is too late to sell, it can be packaged and put into a refrigerator at 4°C or a cold storage at 4°C. Generally, it can be refrigerated for about a week.
