Celery chemical weeds increase efficiency

Celery fields are prone to weed damages such as sedges, purslane, crabgrass, and wild leeks, especially in celery and nursery cultivation in open fields. According to the survey, weeding cultivation celery can account for more than 40% of the entire cultivation and management process, and weeding is particularly laborious. Applying chemical weeding is necessary.

Nursery celery chemical weeding. Before sowing, 48% trifluralin EC 100-150 ml or 48% dimethoamine EC 200 ml per acre was sprayed to treat the soil and then mixed with soil. The nursery celery has strong resistance to various herbicides, but the young seedlings are just unearthed and the young stems are easy to produce phytotoxicity when they are not yet erect.

Transplanting celery chemical weeding. Before transplanting or after transplanting, 48% trifluralin EC 100-150 ml/mu or 48% dimethoamine EC 200-250 ml/mu can be used to spray the soil. Before transplanting, the pesticide should be applied. Topsoil 1 to 5 cm, then transplanted; after transplanting, pesticides should be combined with cultivator.

Precautions. Soil treatment works best before or after sowing. Stem and leaf treatment should be applied after the weeds are sprayed. The droplets should be fine and the spray should be uniform and thoughtful. The soil treatment requires smooth surface, soil is finely crushed and moist, and the treatment of stems and leaves is to select high temperature, sunny and windless weather. After the application of mulching, the dosage can be reduced by 20% to 30%. The medicines should be used alternately to avoid the long-term use of a certain drug and weed resistance.
