Remove the outlet valve fitting, take out the outlet valve spring and the outlet valve body, and then use a special tool to pull out the outlet valve seat. Plunger springs, plungers, control sleeves, adjusting gear rings, etc. can all be taken directly from the lower part. Loosen the plunger set screw to pull the plunger sleeve from above. Pull out the adjustment rack from the side hole and take out the tappet assembly. Remove the bearing caps at both ends of the lower pump body and pull out the camshaft.
2. Integral pump body decomposition method: First remove the inspection cover, smoke limiter, and the inlet and outlet tubing screws. Then rotate the camshaft, when the camshafts of each cylinder are respectively at the top dead center, insert the wheel body supporter into the upper hole of the wheel body, loosen the fastening bolts of the middle support, remove the bearing cover, take out the camshaft and intermediate support . In the third step, the roller body is pushed up by the roller body compactor, the roller body supporter is pulled out, and the roller body assembly, the spring lower seat, the pillar spring, the spring upper seat and the oil control sleeve component are taken out, and the tooth bar is unscrewed and positioned Screws, remove the adjustment rack. Finally, screw out the oil valve cap and carefully take out the oil valve and the plunger.
