Typically, these test runs are divided into factory trials and user trials, both of which are essential and should not be overlooked.
Second, avoid idling at low speeds for extended periods. Prolonged low-speed idling is harmful to the engine. It causes low oil pressure, leading to poor lubrication of internal components. Additionally, low water temperature may cause condensation inside the engine, leading to corrosion and degradation of engine oil. Low fuel pressure can result in incomplete combustion, causing carbon buildup on pistons and valves. In cold northern winters, fuel tanks may even freeze.
Third, avoid long-term overload. The tractor’s rated speed and load are strictly regulated. Exceeding these limits over time will accelerate component wear and significantly reduce the tractor's lifespan.
Fourth, avoid sudden acceleration after the tractor gets stuck. When a tracked tractor becomes immobilized, increasing the throttle too quickly can cause the tracks to slip more easily. Similarly, if a wheeled tractor gets stuck in a paddy field, the drive wheels may spin, and accelerating won't help. If you force the throttle while the tractor is sinking, it could dig deeper or even damage the axle and gears.
Fifth, avoid forcing the gear shift lever when it's hard to move. The shift lever should operate smoothly and be easy to engage. If it's difficult to shift, release the clutch pedal, briefly engage the clutch, then press the pedal again to stop. If there's still noise, place the lever in neutral for a moment before attempting to shift again. If the problem persists, check for issues with the clutch not fully disengaging.
Sixth, avoid starting at high speed and full throttle. The correct method is to gradually increase the throttle while slowly releasing the clutch pedal, ensuring the clutch engages smoothly. This allows for better control of fuel injection and prevents stalling or damage to the drivetrain.
Seventh, avoid frequent emergency braking. Sudden braking can cause excessive wear on the engine, transmission, and running gear, especially tires, which may experience uneven wear. Instead, use predictive braking by reducing the throttle and using engine braking. Emergency braking should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
Eighth, avoid sudden throttle applications. Rapid acceleration increases stress on the crankshaft and valve train, reduces cylinder intake efficiency, and leads to incomplete combustion, causing carbon buildup and increased wear. Immediately after starting, when the engine is cold and oil viscosity is high, sudden throttle input can cause a sharp rise in oil pressure, potentially damaging oil filter seals and leading to leaks.
Ninth, avoid making sharp turns at high speeds. When towing farm equipment or transporting, turning at high speeds is unsafe. If the implements are not raised, sharp turns should be avoided, as they increase resistance and risk damaging the equipment. Always ensure proper maneuvering techniques to maintain safety and equipment longevity.
