Foreign poultry feed production new technology

Japan's low-cost production of feed amino acids Japan Showa has recently developed a new technology for low-cost mass production of feed amino acids. This feed amino acid is made from corn and the like as a raw material to rapidly proliferate Bacillus subtilis. Since a new fermentation method is used, there is no need for a purification process, so the production cost is low, and the purity of the feed amino acid of the product is 75%. The product is rich in nutrients, used as feed additives, can increase the production of layer chickens by 10%, feeding pigs and can speed up the growth rate of 10% to 15%.
Australia uses guano to feed synthetically. Australia has rich guano resources on the surrounding islands. Guano contains a lot of nutrients and physiologically active substances that have been initially digested but not absorbed, and it is a good feed and additive raw material. The specific production method of bird droppings is to use low-temperature drying (to retain active substances and enzymes) to remove odors and odors. After crushing, a small amount of dry yeast, grains, straw powder and trace elements are added and mixed to form pellets. Using this feed to feed calves, the daily weight gain can reach l.5-2.1kg, feeding cows can increase milk production by more than 12%.
South Korea uses wood to make livestock feed. A wood chemistry research institute in Korea uses the locust tree and poplar tree with low economic value to make livestock feed. It is very good to use this feed to feed livestock. The specific method is to first cut the wood of Robinia pseudoacacia and Populus spp. to 15cm and 0.3cm in thickness, heated at 160°C for 20min, and add urea for chemical treatment. During the heating process, the woody part is decomposed; after adding urea, the carbohydrate part of the wood is converted into protein. This tree feed contains 20%-27% of crude protein, ash content less than 1%, and digestibility of more than 60%.
Japan uses seaweed to make fish feed. Seaweeds are mostly pests in fisheries. Removal takes time and labor, and it is easy to pollute the environment. Recently, the Japan Aquatic Comprehensive Research Center has used seaweed to produce aquaculture feed and has achieved success with good results. The specific method is to add appropriate amount of cellulase, lactic acid bacteria and yeast to the collected seaweed to ferment it in the fermentation tank. After 24 hours, the seaweed is decomposed into small particles, like marine plankton, which can be used as young fish or shellfish feed. It is an anaerobic fermentation process, so it can save the oxygen supply equipment and stirring device. The production cost is low.
