1 The combine harvester should not disassemble the hydraulic steering gear at will, otherwise it may cause damage to the mating surface.

3 When disassembling, remove the steel ball from the manpower steering valve. Then, remove the valve sleeve and valve plug. In order to prevent the ball from falling between the oil inlet hole and the valve ring groove, the surface of the valve sleeve is damaged. When assembling, proceed in reverse order.
4 During assembly, do not allow dirt to enter the valve and apply clean new oil to the surface of the part. When assembling the valve sleeve and the valve core, be sure to align them smoothly and do not collide with each other to avoid damage to the parts.
5 When installing the coupling, pay attention to the correct assembly relationship between the coupling and the rotor, that is, the mark on the external spline of the coupling is aligned with the mark on the spline inside the rotor. When not marked, the centerline of the pinch groove at the upper end of the coupling should be aligned with the tooth centerline of the positive rotor.
6 In the steering process, when turning the steering wheel is very laborious (you can hear the "click" sound of the safety valve open), do not turn the steering wheel hard enough to prevent the oil temperature from rising and damaging the parts.
7 When the engine is off or when the pump is not working, do not turn the steering wheel too hard and the steering speed should be slow to avoid damaging the spring plate, pin, or linkage.
8 Select the appropriate viscosity of the hydraulic oil, pay attention to the cleaning of the oil to prevent the oil from generating high temperatures and parts wear.
