Second, the factory area and production site
1. The layout of the enterprise plant is reasonable, and the boiler production plant has good conditions to meet the needs of atmospheric hot water boiler products and civilized production;
2. The area of ​​the boiler production plant area is generally not less than 2,000 square meters, and the main workshop area of ​​the boiler production is generally not less than 400 square meters;
3, should have raw materials, external components, semi-finished products storage warehouse, the warehouse should have measures to prevent rain, moisture and other measures.
Third, technical strength
1. The proportion of engineering and technical personnel in the total number of employees is not less than 3%, and not less than 3 (external full-time staff must have a formal employment contract and remain relatively stable);
2. No less than one assistant engineer or technician with a certain boiler professional knowledge and engaged in boiler manufacturing for not less than three years, and no less than one assistant engineer or technician in the welding profession;

V. Quality assurance system and technical documents
1. There should be a perfect boiler manufacturing quality assurance system and operate effectively;
2. The quality assurance engineer shall be the person with the assistant engineer or above, and each responsible person shall be the engineering and technical personnel who are familiar with the work of the post;
3. There should be regulations and related standards related to the manufacture of atmospheric hot water boilers;
4. There should be complete, unified and correct production drawings and technical documents of atmospheric pressure hot water boilers;
5. There should be more complete technical and product files.
Sixth, product quality
1. The atmospheric pressure hot water boiler products shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7985 "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Pressure Hot Water Boilers";
2. The random documents of the normal pressure hot water boiler products shall be complete and correct.
